Why is it illegal to own nuncucks in New York?

I just realized that there was a Supreme Court case that actually held up the LEGALITY of banning nunchucks in the city of New York. Seriously wtf? that breaks the 2nd amendment rights totally, it's not even a firearm for God's sake.
