I'm not pregnant and I get a sharp pain in my nipple sometimes. At 7 DPO the egg isn't even attached to your uterus yet, so it's impossible for you to be experiencing pregnancy symptoms. Give it another 4 or 5 days and you might start feeling some. Good luck!
