One guy and two best friends?

So last year i met this girl(girl #1) in an elective cl in my grade with her best friend(girl#2). In this cl i had talked to #1 and we were friendly maybe a little flirting but ya know she always hung around with her best friend. The first semester this year i had another elective with her and we were friendly, but she still had a good friend in the cl who would ALWAYS talk to her before and after the cl. And btw once i was doing a presentation with a partner in the cl and at one point i mispronounced something and she laughed hysterically, which she has done a couple times too. So after the first semester i never really saw her much, but her bestfriend(#2) was in my history cl. I used to sit on the other side of the room from her so we never really interacted, but moved to the seat to the left of her around feb/march. We never had conversations mostly b/c i talked to my friend on my left and she talked to her friends on her right. We had a few ya know casual stuff in class, like an occassional question or something. So today a bunch of kids brought in food like brownies and candy, and my friend was throwing skittles up into the air to catch in his mouth. He missed a few and picked them up and put them on my desk. i didn't want to them so i just said 'fine i'll put them on #2's desk (b/c she went to the bathroom), but no what if she actually eats it or something?' so my friend threw them so they bounced off #2's desk and landed in the area of another girl. One of them rolled over back to me so then i actually put it on her desk, idk i was sorta curious what she would do. She gets back and goes to work, doesn't say anything of acknowledgement. So after a minute or two i say 'hey #2" 'ya?' 'can you do me a favor?' 'sure' 'can you take that skittle, and push it off your desk?' She smiles and justs pushes it off. I thought she would be confused and maybe hesitantly push it off, but idk the way she did with her smile was pretty flirty, i liked it. I just feel like one of them likes me and if i ask out the wrong one, they'll both be off the market, they are BEST friends. Do you guys have any advice? do you think either of them like me? I really like #1, but #2 isn't bad or anything, just #1 is like my dream girl.
