What country in europe is politically neutral?

mk so in my year book we had this "gender jeopardy" thing and one of the questions was "what european country is politically neutral?" and the person said belgium. the "correct answer" said sweden... i coulda sworn it was switzerland... maybe i'm wrong. does anyone know?
