I'm pretty sure I'm pregnant and I'm having slight cramping. Could this be another ectopic pregnancy for me?

2 years ago I had an ectopic pregnancy that left me with only 1 tube. I am now 5 days late and having awful nausea. I've taken 2 home tests that were negative and I'm having slight cramping that seems to be coming from the left side. Aren't these symptoms of an ectopic? I have no bleeding but there is some clear drainage. I have been having awful gas as well. Is the slight pain from gas or possibly an ectopic preg.? Note- the pain is not a sharp pain. It's dull and subsides when I p gas.
