Kitchen Remodel Cost - Cabinets and Countertop?

I have a 21 year old house in San Diego & am trying to get no more than a ball park estimate in resurfacing my cabinets (13 draws, 27 doors) and about 60 feet of countertops. I would like to do granite countertop and some cabinetry in the mid-level price range. What should I expect materials and installation to cost.
