Is it morally wrong for grown men to flirt with young girls?

Now, before you completely go "pedophiles are disgusting" just think for a minute. If grown men were to begin dating younger females then there would be many benefits to reap from the situation. First of all, grown men have a lot of world experience which they would then p onto their younger counterparts and they would spread it amongst their friends from there. Also there would be a looser generation gap and there would be less people complaining and using cliches such as "kids these days." Also there would be far less accidental pregnancies because men of that age are not stupid enough to make that mistake and there would also be the possibility of vasectomies or even the chance of being infertile or "shooting blanks." And furthermore if people were to date the young then there would be a wider spread of spirituality and religious love. Nowhere in the bible does it say "thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's daughter." So, should we allow it?
