He still does like you, thats why he's still touching you, and he never said he didnt like you. It could be that either, you're too clingy, or he's just kind of a player, and maybe he feels that he can have you whenever he wants to.Don't give him too much attention, tone it down. And him kissing the other girl in front of you, he obviously just wants to make you jealous..good luck babe!
