I have flat feet and bunions...complications?

yeah my parents gave me sucky genes, flat feet from my dad and hereditary bunions from my mom. i'm only 15, hardly ever wear heals or uncomfortable shows, but my lower back always seems to hurt and my left bunion hurts to walk on it sometimes and sends pain up my leg. is this bad enough to go see a doctor? the back things been on and off for a few months now and the bunion thing used to just flare up but now it hurts every day it seems.
