Spyro 3: Year of the Dragon GLITCH! HELP!?

In the level, Spooky Swamp, my atlas says I have 499/500 jewels... But I have the jewel-finder ability, and it doesn't point anywhere. And when I go in the kangaroo's part (stomping the mushrooms), it doesn't point anywhere either... I can't find the last red jewel ANYWHERE. I think it is a glitch in the game!!!!! Any suggestions to getting the "level complete" in my atlas???
