How can I get rid of this cough? What are these symptoms?

I've had this irritating cough for 3 days now. It's a wet cough because I can feel the phlegm moving around in my chest whenever I cough. Yesterday I had a high fever but it's gone down now. I've been taking 6-8 paracetamol a day and this hasn't been helping. Also, from time to time I get these pains in my back and chest not all the time though. Whenever I wake up I feel dizzy and I've lost my appetite but I can eat small portions of food. What is this? What can I do to get rid of this?
