Concerning our easement...HELP!?

An easement is a legal right to use a set piece of a property, and they are required by local laws. Your decision on what & where goes on in that easement. Now, if the front 'neighbor' is using your easement to access her property, that is totally up to you, BUT, if you continue to let that happen, you could be giving away some of your future rights...
