When's the last time a member of the military killed an enemy with a knife?

I know modern technology has probably made the knifing the enemy to death more than a little obsolete. But when's the last time a member of the military has killed an enemy with a knife? Has it happened in Iraq or Afghanistan? Does the military keep track of that sort of stuff?
