Please help me trying to conceive?

Been trying to conceive for 2 years and not preggers yet. Started with a fertility clinic doing one round with clomid and HCG trigger shot with timed . then in the last two months did clomid, HCG injection, with IUI to boost pregnancy. I have been ovualting per the DR's. Last month I had 2 follicles that we were 21mm and 23mm. But I am spotting with cramping which I guess my period is going to start. I just recently started spotting in the last 6 months. What else should I be doing? I want to get pregnant before I am 35 and that is in 3 years or less.
