in the 3 way tie scenario between MSU, OSU, and Wisconsin for the Big 10, if all 3 of them win today, it'll go by BCS rankings to see which 2 of the 3 get a BCS game. If OSU loses, then its only MSU and Wisconsin; in that case MSU would get the nod because they won the head-to-head match up (MSU's head-to-head against Wisconsin would not come into play if all 3 are tied because MSU and OSU did not play each-other this year).
